These came off a Huffy or Western Flyer Tandem Cruser I rebuilt for a coustmer years ago. The clamps are made are made for a 7/8in seat post. They put this style saddle in quite a few models and brands over the years.
I believe its from the 50s-60s
If you plan on riding on them they could use a rebuild but everything is there and in one piece
